EMBRACE DIFFERENCES
Terms & Conditions
The terms that apply when using our website and buying from Embrace Differences.
Last updated: 28 July 2026About these terms
These terms apply when you use this website or place an order with Embrace Differences. By ordering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are legally able to enter into the purchase.
Products and personalisation
We take reasonable care to describe products accurately. Colours and positioning may vary slightly between screens, garment sizes and production runs. Please check the product description and size guide before ordering.
Where an item is made to your specification or clearly personalised, the statutory change-of-mind cancellation right may not apply. This does not affect your rights where an item is faulty, damaged or not as described.
Orders and contract
Submitting an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we accept the order and send confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order where an item is unavailable, payment is not authorised, information is incomplete, or we reasonably suspect fraud or misuse. Any payment already taken will be refunded.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in pounds sterling and will state whether delivery is included or added at checkout. You must pay using one of the methods offered at checkout. We may correct an obvious pricing error before accepting an order.
Delivery
Delivery estimates are provided in good faith and may vary for made-to-order products. Unless another period is agreed, goods will be delivered without undue delay and within 30 days after the contract is made. Full details appear in our Delivery & Returns Policy.
Your right to cancel
For most non-personalised goods bought online, you may tell us that you wish to cancel within 14 days after the day you receive the goods. After telling us, you normally have a further 14 days to send them back. You may be responsible for return postage where this was made clear before purchase.
Faulty or incorrect goods
Your statutory rights are not affected. Contact us promptly if an item is faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described. We may ask for photographs and will explain the available repair, replacement or refund options.
Wall of Difference
Submissions must be respectful and must not include hate, discrimination, threats, profanity, spam, links, personal contact information, unlawful material or content that infringes another person’s rights. Submission does not guarantee publication. We may reject, edit for minor formatting, remove or retain a submission for moderation and safeguarding purposes.
You confirm that the words are your own and grant us permission to display an approved submission on the website and related brand channels. You may ask us to remove it, although removal from material already printed or shared may not always be possible.
Website use and intellectual property
The Embrace Differences name, logos, artwork, wording, photography and website design may not be copied, sold or used commercially without written permission. You must not interfere with the website, submit malicious code, scrape content, or use it unlawfully.
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or your statutory consumer rights. We are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable or for business losses arising from a consumer purchase.
Law and disputes
These terms are governed by Scots law. If you are a consumer living elsewhere in the UK, you also retain any mandatory protections available under the law of the part of the UK where you live. The Scottish courts will have non-exclusive jurisdiction.
